eggs for breakfast.

so i make myself breakfast most mornings.. i have themes for the week.. such as poached, scrambled, burrito and so on.. this past week has been amazing (see above). I don't know what you call this version. these eggs where served with grated goat cheese and hot sauce. glorious combo.
